Justin Bieber the Hottest Thing since Apple Pie

Justin Bieber, singer-songwriter was born March 1, 1994 in Stratford, Ontario, and he is Canada’s hottest celebrity. I can certainly see why, he is young, handsome and talented. Born under the sign of Pisces, Pisceans are said to be “dreamy, mystical and artistic”.

He still has an innocence about him, like Britney Spears when she first appeared in the limelight. I believe he represents Canadian values, and I hope stardom does not tarnish him.

The Zodiac sign of Pisces is the ‘Fish’ and anyone born from February 19 to March 20 share the same characteristics: “You are happiest when helping others solve their problems. You remain affectionate and understanding, even when someone has hurt you. You are always willing to forgive and forget. Your sincerity and thoughtfulness identify you as a true and devoted friend”.

Virgo and Capricorn make the best partners for Pisceans. I have also found Pisces together can share a lasting, yet interesting relationship. Keep dreaming girls; you never know it may just be you.

How to Get the Best Price Anytime of the Year

Standing in long line-ups after Christmas just to get what I think is going to be the ‘lowest price’ is not my idea of a relaxing, fun filled holiday season.

From experience, I have found what I thought was a boxing week special, only to see the same price being offered well into the New Year.

Reading sale flyers throughout the year is a great way to get those all important items at a much reduced price. No line-ups, no “sorry we’ve just sold out” and no stress - that is how I like to shop.

If you watch for specials on the items, you may need or want, at the end of the season you are bound to get it for less. In addition, some stores will purchase a ‘special order’ where they get a major discount for buying a ton, and pass the savings onto you. This can be particularly true for seasonal items, purchasing them well in advance of the up-coming season. I missed the ‘best price for the year’ on an item generally purchased in the spring, because the largest discount for that item was being offered in early February.

Should you shop at a local store and they advertise they will match any competitors’ price; this can be a pleasant way to save without the inconvenience of shopping outside your area, and with the price of gas these days, an additional savings, as well.

Let There Be Peace at Christmas - World Justice

Our religious beliefs make us who we are. If there were no religion, there would be anarchy.

Religion interprets the rules of conduct. It is a teaching for self-behaviour; it defines our purpose; it establishes our identity; and it is the most powerful, mind-altering force in the world. All beliefs teach inference and for some inference breeds intolerance.

The second most powerful force in the world is choice. Regardless of what we are taught, ‘choice’ is the defining element. Every action has a reaction, every decision has a consequence and every path has an end.

The best we can do as humans is to weigh the scales of justice and fair play, and try to get along with each other.

No Matter How Rich You Are You Still Always Worry About Money

Some of the most profound sayings have been said by ordinary folk. You do not have to be a scholar, a prophet or even a saint to have inspirational thought.

Eddie Murphy, the actor, while making an appearance on a talk show many years ago, stated, "no matter how rich you are you still always worry about money".  He went on to explain that there are employees and household expenses that must be paid, as well as, taxes.

This makes me feel a bit better about my 'middle class' lifestyle, though having more money would be nice; I guess money itself inherits its own responsibilities.
